He is NOT a diplomat. He IS a head of state. He is the head of a state that has declared that an ally of the U.S. should be wiped off of the face of the Earth. He is the head of a state that has supplied a terrorist organization and supported them in their effort to wipe that ally off the face of the Earth. He is the head of a state that has supplied and supported terrorists who attack both Iraqis and coalition personnel.
He is no more a diplomat entitled to enter the U.S. now than Hitler would have been in 1940.
However, we allowed an openly hostile head of state to visit the UN before (see: Kruschev), so possibly we will allow one again. We obviously need to remove the UN from U.S. soil, that will prevent us from having to graciously host scum like him who would slaughter us all if he thought he could.
