If those that want the MA back so bad, go the Late War 2 arena and go hord, run and gang to your merry little dweeb's heart content.  

As HiTech pointed out, this was done to save AH because in its current state is was sick and was going to do more harm than good in the long run.  But then 99.99% of those whining for the MA to come back are those that needed the security of a late war plane and the hord to fall back on.

A lot better and the quality of fights in the MWA have been far and above what you could have ever expected in the MA.  Not just because of the plane matchups, (honestly, shooting down a Spitfire V is just as easy for me as shooting down a La7 or P-51D) but you can actually find a willing 1v1 partner.  So far haven't run into anyone that was shy of a 1v1.
