This week, a warmer place

Now that so many people have experienced the early war plane set in the new EW arena, we hope they will be interested in seeing how those aircraft interacted with their historical opponents.  So....we're off to North Africa.

I'll be logging into the AvA every day while this setup runs.  if enough people play maybe JG54 will be able to fly as a squad against all who would oppose us.  if enough people log on maybe we'll run a few terrorfleiger missions like we used to.

We're pretty bz with the SEA this weekend. I'll see if I can round up some 880 volunteers for Monday. Maybe we can do a Limey F4F run from a CV.

I had fun in the AvA last night.  the rule was the allieds were in P38s and P40s for the most part.  some of the weaker players were in hurricanes and spits but that's understandable and acceptable.  JG54 was able to fly as a squad, something that doesn't occur very often in the AvA any more.

to sinker for putting up good fights in a P38 and a P40.

I think the underrated monster award in this set goes to the F4F and the 202.  I'm hoping for some up north naval action today, let's see if it pans out.

some very good family developements will keep me away for a good part of the weekend but I'll be on as time allows during the day and certainly during the late evening/night.
