Well df54, this is the direct link to your file:

And I have watched your film and there is nothing magic about the bullets there. Itīs all about internet lag, as I tried to explain in your original thread:

There is nothing you can do about it as our internet is not able to operate above speed of light...

As your films only show "your reality" there is nothing to "prove". On most of my films my enemies seem to miss my plane too, yet Im shot down for the reasons above.

If your enemy had filmed the fight himself and we would examine that film too, we would see him not hitting thin air but your plane.

Two computers sperated by hundreds or thousands of miles = two realities.

Would you rather be damaged even when you are apparently not hit, or would you rather not deal damage even when you apparently hit your enemy?  There are two ways of dealing with lag in games.  The less common way is to make it so that only if both computers register a hit does the hit count.  The more common way, which Aces High uses, is to make a hit count if the firer's computer registers a hit.  With the former method, there is much more frustration, as seldom do hits count.  Players wonder, "Why are my bullets not doing any damage?"

I would rarher have it the way they have it set up now. Having BOTH computer having to "see" the hits before counting it as a hit would leave the door open to to many chances at cheats/tricks.

Net lag is net lag, and untill they come up with a "faster than light" signal, we will always have to deal with it. In the film posted it clearly showes a nice "high yo" to set-up a perfect crossing shot. The pilot on the defencive was in a bad spot from the start, and paided for it, rightly so by getting shot down.
