Gotta chime in here.

Cant say its the lack of flying with squad memebers cause alot of the times we didnt fly together alot anyway and often there was only one of us on at a time flying by ourselves anyway.
Cant say its the plane selection as I mainly fly the 109f reguardless of planeset

I've never been much of a horde warrior so its not like I miss hording

Im giving it a chance but I have to say so far alot of the fun factor just doesnt seem to be there.
Its like the arenas are missing something. That...Thing.
Its hard to place an exact finger on it but something vital just isnt there anymore.

It feels like the game is for lack of a better term Dying. Though my love for it is still strong and I want to play.

but when I get there. reguardless of arena or how full it is

It feels like its missing a certain energy an aura a certain magic it had under the old setup.

Its somethign you more sense and feel. Kinda like when you go to a professional sporting event between two rivals and enter the stadium. You can just FEEL the energy flowing as soon as you enter the seating area

You just dont sense and feel that when you enter the arenas now

Energy, aura, eclectrifying charge. I dont know.
when you entered the MA before you could amost feel the charge int he air. the exitement
 It just isnt there under the new setups.

I hope TOD comes online soon just to get away from what its become.
Maybe thats the plan. I dont know.
But the game as it is now lacks the energy it did before

As aggrivating as it was sometimes before.
 I liked the old way alot better

Well, maybe I should rephrase. I rarely see them. Jaxxo and Mars is about it. I'm in every arena every day. I have to just to find my squad.

Why do so many of you guys blame this change on the BK's? The reason the changes were made were quite clearly posted by HT. It had nothing to do with the BK's. It had everything to do with how HT wants to make his business healthier for the future.   It's nothing personal , it's happened and all the finger pointing , insults, complaining and threats, is not going to bring the old game back. Grow up , dry your eyes , wipe the snot off your lip , fire up your computer and get back in the fight. You can still do everything you did before except horde.

Then why are you concerned about their opinon? You think it carries any more weight than yours?  Your opinon of the death of AH, that both EW and MW arenas should die and that HTC is guilty of false advertising..How does that reflect the playability of the game as it stands now??? Just Curious?

Granted it is unfair, but I believe the reason is that #1 before the change, certain members of the BKs were doing their own "whining" that something needed to change and #2 after the change, certain members were denigrating anyone who disapproved.  Thus they became the lightening rod.  Add on the fact that many of them obviously love to post the BBs as much as fly, and it seems fairly obvious to me why some make the assumption.  Wrong as it may be.

Besides, everyone knows Lasz is an employee of HTC.  That is the only possible explaination why he has not been PNGed a long time ago.

People keep saying this, and yet it is the furthest thing from the truth FWIW.  The smaller numbers exacerbate the side imbalances.  Thus 8 squaddies flying together now constitute a "horde" in some arenas.

Nothing personal against you or any of your squad, Shawk. You've done some nice things for me, and I appreciate that, I really do. It's not a complete surprise that what you like about the game, and what I like about the game differ, but to say we shouldn't have an opinion simply because we don't log as many hours ingame as you guys... that's just ****ed up. We're customers, you're a customer... we're all profit for HTC. It shouldn't matter all that much who needs or wants more. We all pay the same amount regardless, and we're all entitled to our opinions. Those opinions may vary, but that doesn't make one less than the other.

And yes, I fly under another name these days. I could have gotten one of my "hub" accounts unlocked, but then I'd just have to put up with the same **** ingame that I have to put up with on the boards, so I just got another gameID.
