Noisyfeet,
So Bin Laden is in Iraq? Where's he hiding? Right next to the WMDs?
Far too many, if not most, people on this Board post just to say something opposed to posting when they have something to say.

Once you get a little comfortable with Aces High I suggest signing up for a scenario.  They are well thought out and planned by volunteers of the Aces High Community.

Proper aircraft are selected for the timeperiod and the Maps that are made for the scenarios are absolutely gorgeous!  The time put in by the CM Team is huge.  Terrains are made with great care and accuracy.  Scenarios are modeled after actual events usually.  The skins for the aircraft are very well made and absolutely gorgeous.  The AH Community has the best skinners I've ever seen.  They have to be accurate and detailed before they are accepted by HTC.

The wealth of knowledge concerning WWII Air Combat in this Community is also second to none.  Widewing and Guppy are a veritable encyclopedia of Aircraft of the WWII era.

The modeling is superb...best I've ever seen in many years of simming.  And the view setup is the best in any game....and I do mean any.

Also...at sign up for a mere 9.99$ you can purchase a Dale Addink Translator....which makes his Posts almost understandable and readable:)

Just kidding HT...don't send 23k volts back through my Cable Modem please!:aok

Bueller I dont recall your nick but maybe you would remember me.

I stopped playing FA about 14 months ago.  I left because I could see the numbers dwindling and it didnt challenge me no longer.

I played for 5 years and went out on top.

Im very happy in AH and once you learn the whole gameplay side of it its 10 times better.

Bruv119, I never flew under the nick Bueller. But I was a long time LUFT pilot back in their hay days. Switched to Condor Legion for a while and eventually gave up on FA all together after almost 7 years total.

Thanks a ton for all the replies from everyone. I loaded the game and flew a little off line last night. Seems complicated right now because I need to learn all the key commands. Actual flying seemed pretty straight forward.

It was so exciting I didn't notice... the endless green scratch pad ground tends to hypnotize me into thinking they all the same.
