Instead of being civil, you make personal attacks.  Instead of responding to the request for links, you just assume I'm some sort of democrat lover and start slamming me instead of the bias of the media.

Virgil Hits, Mace, Gunslinger, I don't know what your problem is.

It's not hard to determine your allegiance Chairboy. Just about every critical post you make references Republicans or conservatives. If this does not accurately reveal your leaning just say so.

It does not accurately reflect my leaning, and is not actually an accurate statement.  You must have missed every freaking thread where I criticize big government (a democratic pasttime).  Do you need me to take some sort of little test or something before you'll actually respond to the freaking message instead of misrepresenting my posts?

What is wrong with you?

Followup, why the hell do you have to know my 'allegiance'?  WTF?

I'm no democrat, if it makes you feel better, and I'm not interested in voting for them.

I couldn't care less about your allegiance. I was simply responding to your outrage. What I said was accurate. If you don't believe me examine your posts.

What are you even talking about?  Here, I'll make it easy for you with a little "Chairboy cheat sheet" so you don't have to think too hard:

1. Chairboy does not like big government.
1a. He doesn't like democrats because they work to create a big nanny-state and want the federal government to have too much power.
1b. He also doesn't care for the current administration because they're doing 1a much more effectively than the incompetent democrats ever could.
1c. He's more likely to vote republican than democrat, but the Libertarian party most accurately represents his views.
2. Chairboy likes guns.
3. Chairboy doesn't like religious intervention in government.

There, I've saved you the work of having to go through my posting history with the aim of seeing what was actually written instead of what you wanted to see.

Chairboy, if you think I hate you, you give yourself far too much credit. You really don't MATTER enough to earn hatred.

However, regardless of what is or is not in the news, you post links and articles against Republicans and religion. I think that it is hilarious for you to claim lack of bias in light of the fact that you are obviously VERY biased.

Further, I commented on that bias and made a joke of it, and you went off the deep end over it. That's funny, and I'm going to laugh about it and point out why I'm laughing.

If you don't want people to point out your obvious bias, call you on it, and laugh about it, then either don't post, or try to avoid your extreme and obvious bias.

Hatred for you? Hardly. Amused by you? Absolutely.

You're not worth it, Virgil.

You apparently can't have a civil conversation, and you misrepresent the people you're talking to because straw man arguments are the only ones you're good at.

Your actions reflect poorly on yourself.

Oh, and this is something other than an ad hominem attack?

Get over youself.

YOU screamed bias, YOU went on a rant, and I laughed. I made a joke about your use of God and Hell in a post, as an athiest, and then I called you on your own bias while you rant on the bias of others. If you cannot handle it, then don't do it.

I made a joke and suddenly I am uncivilized? And you go on a screaming rant and call me uncivilized? You sir, need to look in the mirror.

I suppose it's possible that you are ignorant of your bias against conservatives Chairboy. Perhaps you aren't liberal, I don't know or care, but your bias against conservatives is clear to most of us. No biggie but it is amusing to see you get your panties in a wad over it.

Ok, I guess the group here isn't as level headed as I thought.  MPs, feel free to lock the thread, it's a waste.  I'm heading out to catch a plane.  I give up, I just wanted to make a thread where both the democratic and republican vote fraud could be documented, but that's apparently just not possible.

i usually read captain hilts posts out loud with a special sock puppet that i designed just for him.

it's like blah blah blah (hate hate) blah.  hate hate blah.  blah blah, discursive arguement, blah blah ad hominem blah, attack, spin spin, rinse, drag clinton into it, blah blah...etc.

and then i put him back in his closet and go about my day.

you should try it chairboy.
