Wow I feel this lady deffinately crossed the line and let personal feelings cloud her judgement. I dont think she'll get re-elected. Very Biased in my opinion.

Dunno but I do know here in this state we have a judge that if you every try saying a cop is so much as exaggerating the truth you either get fined for contempt or tossed in jail

The film wasn't clear what those guys did to be standing before a judge in court. Maybe poaching, night hunting, illegalities of one sort or another? They weren't in court for lawful deer hunting. If they were then some righteous indignation would be understandable.

What I saw on the video was this:

Judge was in the process of recusing herself from the proceedings because of her bias against hunting and hunters, and the guy wouldn't shut up for a few seconds and just take it. That's what happens when a judge is in a bad mood, but I don't see where any other judge anywhere should be expected to have put up with backtalk from a witness. Looked more to me like he was bullying the judge.

If there is outrage warranted by viewing this video, there must be something more there that I failed to see. And why were they there? That's the part going unexplained.

The outrage I see is over the fact the judge let her personal views get in to a trial. As a judge, you are there to judge the law, not your own personal views. People seem to forget that portion of it all.

Any lawyer worth their salt would get that man a retrial, or the charges completely dropped in a different venue.

Her personal bias has no place in that courtroom. If she can't control it she needs to step down.

she wasn't going on about illegal poaching... I don't believe in poaching.. she was going on about what scum hunters were... she was telling hunters that they had no heart and someone from the audience... maybe a witness.. just got disgusted and walked out... she wouldn't leave it at that..

She asked him why he left and when he gave an honest answer she blew up and imprissoned him. She asked for him to speak and when he did... and much less strongly and prejudicial than her... she had him thrown in jail.

If I were in the courtroom I would have left in disgust too..

What is funny is that she probly doesn't even think of the poor cow who is now her steak or gucci bag.
