Lucky you.  That's not what I see in my default setting.  1/2 the altimeter is chopped off, and I can't move backwards to fix it.

not great but they are definatly workable.
as for not seeing the gauges try increasing your scrren size

Eh, I may try that later this week, but changing the screen resolution may present other problems.  I'm sure there was a reason why I've flown the last several years at the current settings.

IMO, this problem with the gauges is a flaw that needs to be fixed so that it works properly at all screen resolutions.  I hope HTC is willing to understand that.

This resized screenshot was originally taken at 1200 x 1600:

Now that's an idea.  I'm gonna give it a shot.  To edit the config file you just open it with notpad or other WP software and type in the new numbers right?

Okay, now I'm going to be a smartass. The altimeter is, physically, the highest guage on the IP. It is not even remotely close to cut off.

Yep, that's what I did. You are supposed to be able to do it within the AH video setup section, but I couldn't get that to work for me at all. If I had the monitor turned sideways AH wouldn't start at all, and if I had it turned normally then 12x16 wasn't a selectable option, so manual editing is the only way to go.

The only catch is that the monitor has to already be turned sideways and ready to go before you fire up AH with the new settings, or it will hang. I also had some issues with closing AH, it didn't want to put the desktop back to the proper resolution.

Lastly, my frame rate seems a lot lower in this mode, I am wondering if my vid card supports hardware acceleration for this resolution.
