New job that I'm in Dallas for is with FAA.  I'm in training for the FAA Technical Infrustructure.  Training is somewhat intense but I'm in.  I'll have Tulsa,OK  and a 4 hour circle around it.  All the communications to include radar, coms and satcoms for ALL Airlines and Military Aircraft are within my Region.  

Hey if I can't fly them then I can keep them up and safe.  Training for these 1st two days have been intense.  I'm gonna make it, no prob.  Been told already I have what it takes.

Everything in my Region is already built out and I'll just be a "Maytag Repairman".  My Training ends Dec 15th and they have a Moratorium "no work to be done" until Jan 3rd.  

I was given a new laptop, HP Compaq nx 7400, Cell Phone, buttload of tools and a Corp Card.  Plus the $$ is great.  I work from home too.    I have GREAT Beni's  even for my pets... dig that.

Did a SatCom cut over today... sweet.

More to follow... I truly feel like a LTAR Action Figure!!!

Great news!! Study hard!

At least the weather is a bit nicer in Dallas than it is in Tulsa.
