thanks for yet another laugh.  I'm sorry about your frustration, you must be another internet rambo (the whine about being repeatedly cartoon dead gives it away).  

I spent my time in the Navy performing PMS on various forms of communication devices ranging from sound powered phones to 1MCs to even regular telephones.  occassionally for fun (every single month whether it needed it or not)  I had to crawl in through the engineering spaces removing salinity testers and checking them for proper operation and cleaning.

I did get to spend some time training to be on the boarding/landing party and that was fun but it was short lived and we never did actually board any ships during my whole four years of active duty service which greatly disappointed me.

I do know the danger close range of one of my avocado and bean salad propelled farts though, does that count?
