I'll start this off. I think Evel Kneival will die very soon. It's off the wall and totally a guess.......but chit, that guy is old and has used up all his perks long ago.

I'm gonna guess Evel Knieval, and if not him, then I'll go with Evel Knievel as my second choice.... Unless that's already been taken. In that case, I'm thinking Evel Knieval is as good a candidate as any.
