The ony thing bad about this guy living will be the burden on society while he lives for free in prison. Ice is in no danger from him. Several years ago I qualified for my concealed handgun license here in Texas. During the course we spent quite a bit of time going over state law and when a citizen could legally protect themselves, their property and even other people and their property. I was totally shocked at how little justification it took to use deadly force.
Case in point, a few years ago a fellow in San Antonio stepped out on the balcony of his apartment just in time to see someone jack his car. He stepped back inside, grabbed his scoped deer rifle, stepped back out and whacked the guy. He got off scott-free!
