While I see him as well spoken, Likable and very charismatic.

If I were to base my vote on those things alone as many people do I'd vote for him

My primary concern is that he very rarely votes against party lines
But as a fast glance I dont see anythign there that woudl indicate to me his desire or intent to dismantle the Constitution

Care to explain the logic to your reasoning?
Is it even possible i light of the last few clowns in both parties that someone with inexperience can possibly do worse??

Personally I think inexperience may be just what we need

Hell I could think of a few people here and that I know IRL with no experience at all that I would trust and have a hell of alot more faith in doing a good job in the White house then anyone of either party has right now

Obama strikes me as just another party hack. He even has his very own scandal in the works over some "odd" real estate deal (to his favor) with some local deal maker. It is Ill after all Unfortunatley, he has the Clinton charm.

I wouldn't sell Hillary short. It's her last chance to really make the play. If she does, she will likely get most of the formal party support, IMO, and then be unelectable in 2K8.
