..is there a way to transfer the CO posistion to another person?

I do not believe there is unfortunately.
ATM the only way to transfer COship is disband and restart the squad.
If you find a way let me know, I just retired.

Disbanding the squad and allowing the new CO to reform it, is the only way to change CO's.
