skins not loading

For some reason I'm getting no skins. They come up in red print in the Hangar. Any ideas, probably the obvious which I'm missing,would be appreciated. I'm getting tired of green with red meatballs.

under one of the setting panels in the notebook is a check box to allow skin downloading. Yours must be uncheck at the moment
