Still trying to figure this new math out myself.
We sent Eunice on an undercover raid to HTC to find the secret to this new math and this is what she found:
SECRET HTC GAME PLANTo many people in the original single Main Arena. So, you take the Single Main Arena and divide it by four. Then you determine when peak time is in each arena and then divide the number of players that can enter the game in half. This in turn proportionately reduces the number of players having fun with lots of other players and spreading the number of people across the four arenas.
Now you adjust this by ignoring the fact that now there are maybe 5/450 in the early and mid arenas. Then you add a mass number of players to the late war arena, bringing the volume to 350/350, you subtract the number of players that can play to 200. This in turn weeds out any players that might get UDP disconnected, (which never happens right?) and any new squad members that might decide to play during prime time resulting in late war arena during west coast US prime time to 200/200.
Now, you take all of the new players and disconnected players and tell them they must play in one of the other arenas. Again, you ignore the fact that none of the other arenas numbers increase to any decernible amount meaning they are all sitting in the lobby or clicking quit and then restarting all the while praying to get into the Late war arena. Or quit the game and are surfing for jelly bean juggling tips.
Those players that did move to the other arenas are now faced with the task of hunting for the other four players that incidentally are all on your side anyway.

Boy, I will never understand this new math.
