Hello Roy, I have been in touch with Tiscali who have sent instructions to attempt several things to eradicate the packet loss - none have worked yet. I have been in the router settings and have directly pinged your site on multiple occassions without any packet loss being reported and last night I tried to logon and got in straight away - this lasted until this afternoon at the famous cut off time of around 4pm UK time - could there be another reason apart from packet loss which prevents me getting online?
