HTC won't accept "captured" skins -- The skins have to be ones that saw action, and once they were captured they were only used for tests. This means no soviet markings on 190Ds, no german markings on spitfires, and so forth.
I do suggest, however, that you try it anyways. The first one is always the hardest and it will help you learn how to skin.
