Nice photos of Travolta's plane
« on: February 01, 2007, 11:16:14 AM »
We've chatted about John Travolta's house and 707 before, but this is the first real comprehensive collection of photos I've seen in one place.  The post isn't in english, but the pictures speak for themselves:

He's really done nice things with the inside of the plane, and seeing how it integrates with his house is fascinating.

Where does L. Ron Hubbard's spaceship dock?

Since the Scientologists think that Xenu's spaceships looked like DC-8s with rocket engines, it'll probably be able to use the same parking space.

I'd be a Platinum member of the mile high club with a plane like that.

I was just reading the FAA's document on the DC-8 crash in Portland in 1978.
good reading, they ran out of fuel troubleshooting a gear light failure & bellied in between PDX & TTD

Hadn't read that one before.  Very interesting reading the cockpit conversation leading up to the crash.  AirDisaster.com has a pretty good synopsis and some pictures of the aftermath.

airdisaster.com is a huge cornucopia of popups.  I hate that.

Had no idea there were popups on that site.  I'm using IE 7 and didn't have any trouble at all.

Get wit the times boys, it's been out for weeks now. ;)

I know, I know, it only works on XP.
