Found this IL2 made film on Robert Johnson's fight with Egon Meyer where he was so badly shot up but made it back.

Amazing work by this guy. Took him 2 years to make.  He did the skins accurately for all the planes involved.

Need this codec

And the film, which is a big download, but worth it, is at:

Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

Was a 45 minute download for me, and it runs about a half hour, but well worth it.

Let me thaw out after shoveling snow for 3 hours. That was better than some of the episodes of "Dogfights" they've had on the History Channel. I almost feel bad for them if they try to follow that act and do that fight.

18 minute download..... after seeing it... I'd suggest downloading it even if your on dialup.

Most amazing sim film I have seen to date. The ladder has been lengthened by several rungs for anyone wishing to beat that film.

this is proberly the best sim game film i have seen, its way ahead any of the others from il2 or lock on and miles better then us poor buggers can do in aces high.

i recomend that if you can you down load it  its   a hell of  a story.

wouldnt it be nice if Combat tour  would look as good as this,i know Aces high is getting more eye candy all the time but for secenery they are way behind, and what about that sea.

 This is  a great film

Quite a film! to those who produced it.

For those who want to compare to Robert Johnson's narrative, this story starts on page 162 (paperback) of "Thunderbolt."
