that is the fault, I have a AMD althon 650 with 128 megs, I have a voodoo 3 3500tv, I have a wingman usb controller.
i get to pick my video driver and then I get that page fault. I have tryed unstalling the game and reinstalling it about five times, next I am going to try to hook my controller to the game port. i will email a update if that works.
If you could please help that would be great thanks

Have used this setup.. voodoo 3500 and USB... worked fine.. could be a DX problem.. the voodoo3500 is great.. got 40+fps..

Hi Chris,

You do need to have a joystick hooked up and configured in Windows to run the game.  It shouldn't give you a page fault, but that's the first thing to try.

Make sure you have at least DX6.1.  I'd go for 7.0a myself.  I'll bet you have an earlier version of Direct X, like 6.0.

I AM USING DX 70A AND I GOT IT TO WORK BUT I CON ONLY USE IT IN 16 BIT MODE

Voodoo card only support up to 16 bit color.  You can't do any better.

 And check out your cap-lock key too!
 Seems to be stuck and that could be causing you some head aches.
