Flying Leather Necks is my favourite, Battle of Britain is second and Black Hawk down is third cause i like little birds :)

I don't beleive the Red Baron was the pilot in flyboys, put subtitles on during the bar scene when Rawlings says that he shot Wilfred down, it given the full name of the pilot and i think wilfred was the pilots last name. Pretty sure it wasn't the same name as the Red Baron's.

i really liked tuskagee airmen

but my all time favorite scene from any flick is from Empire of the sun!!!

the way the kid reacts to the p-51 raid on the pow camp is priceless!!

this scene can be seen on you tube

just type in "empire of the sun "  and look for p-51 raid on pow camp.

the best!!!!

another scene shows the kid hugging what looks to be a zero

he,s not supposed to be there

japanese pilots come upon him hugging the plane

instead of turning him in

they all salute him!!

alot of great scenes in that movie.

but check out the p-51 raid under Empire of the sun on you tube!!!!

p-51 !!!!   cadillac of the skies!!!!

Those 3, all in one movie..you kidding me, go rent this NOW!

An old all time favorite of mine is "Reach for the Sky" with Kenneth More as Douglas bader in the story of Baders life. A movie made in 1956.
Been trying to get the DVD but no luck so far.

:lol at the Iron Eagle.

Tmavomodrý svet (Dark Blue World) of the recent ones - actually all-time favourite for me (at least if they would have kept the love triangle out of it).

yup, it's great. if they'd filled all the love scenes in with more combat it would rock, but then the wives n' girlfriends would not have anything to watch, and you'd have constant whines... :D
