I know several people listen to music when flying.
How's that done? AH won't boot on my machine if any other sound related device is running...
Any ideas?

Some types of sound cards will let you run multiple wav/MP3 programs without comflicts. It's been my experience that all this does is hog system resources. As I posted in another thread (Frame rate tips: hardware board) just grab a good CD burner and roast a few music CDs. Guns n' Roses, Green Day, Gladiator soundtrack; all great to fly by and the Winblows CD player hardly uses any memory. I can be caught listening to Use Your Illusion I or II every time I fly. Sometimes I'll crank up Appetite if I'm in the mood for general destruction. Just in case you don't have it installed:
Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Winblows Setup tab
Highlight Multimedia and punch the Details button. You'll see the CD player in there with a checkbox next to it. No checkbox? Pop the Windoze CD in and put one there. When you thwack OK it'll install it; or you can simply snag one of the dozens of CD players out there for Win 9x. I stick with the Winblows version cause it's there, it works, and it doesn't caugh when I tell it to blast GnR!

I'm in the market for a new sound card, what buzzword should I look out for, Duplex or something?
