I doubt you could; lots of people think and say that.  Just because it’s a piece of cake to improve your rank from 2,000 to 200 does not mean that it’s not very challenging to rank #1.  Whether 10% or 50% are trying to rank #1, many folks are working hard at it.  The closer you get to the top, the tougher it gets.  In the end there are a lot of skilled players playing their best game trying to rank #1; only one of them will though.

j/k I know I have a long way and alot of time to put in to become even a "better than average pilot"  ..but I do have fun!:aok

And that’s what it’s all about!

So few get that and assume that their way is the only way to have fun.

It was Ripsnort, I was in a 262 at the time..  Sadly, I was on the opposite side of the map :( :D

Drunks are Chaff. Fodder for the guns. They serve a grand purpose in the AH scheme of things. They make great targets. The list goes on.

I dont doubt that I could, & my opinion is the only one that matters to me:D

On topic: yes, dropping troops to distract auto aaa is for dipsticks that cant handle the challenge of the game & need a way to get around said challenges. Coincidently, I feel the same about spits & elgay7s.

roger, VMF323 tested the "fix" as soon as the server was reopend after the patch, we had almost EVERY KNIGHT in 1 mission to 1 base.... 20+ goons dropping 10 troops...... it kinda killed fps but it didnt kill the server

that was about 4 years ago :)

I'll also add, stop relying on auto ack to save your field and get up and blow those planes out of the air.  After all, they are just skilless dweebs who need to game the game to win, right?

Actually you can drop gv supplies over an enemy airfield, and the ack only concentrates on the supplies, not you.

I got a film of someone doing this somewhere
See Rule 19- Do not place sausage on pizza.
I am No-Sausage-On-Pizza-Wad.
Das Funkillah - I kill hangers, therefore I am a funkiller. Coming to a vulchfest near you.
You cant tie a loop around 400000 lbs of locomotive using a 2 foot rope - Drediock on fat women

So that is true, and the gv supplies dont die in the ack, they just keep it concentrated.
