I finally got my wife a nice tiffany necklace she's been wanting for a couple of years.  Not one of the stupidly expensive ones, just a mild burning sensation when I touch my credit card.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

HaHa  suckers!

This is the one holiday I am exempt from.
And if I get or do anything  special its because I want to rather then have to. And I dont always.

Some years I do. Some years I dont. And more often then not. I dont.
So when I do. its a surprise. And vise verse.

We by mutual agreement havent made a big deal of it since before we were engaged. Which is over 20 years ago. Just never saw the point in it.

This year. As usual I'll probably get my daughter a card and a box of candy. Mainly because I know its only going to be a few more years before she starts getting boyfriends and I become the secondary man in her life.

As for the wife. I will probably decide on the way home from work and whatever mood Im in.
But if I dont it wont be held against me

Ask those who have been before you
What fate the future holds

Valentines Day means wedding anniversary for me.

It has worked out really well, because I never forget our wedding day.

This year it will be a sushi dinner for her and sort of one for me too.  ;)
Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain

You guys are all wet whining about Valentines day. Shoot the entire month of February is not good for me.

Valentines day
Her Birthday
Anniversary

All in the same month and less than 2 weeks apart. :cry

Fortunately she and I realize that combining them all at once covers them all. :D
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."
