It's already there, try setting the time.

Set the time to 5:30

You can do that either in the Arena setup or with the dot command.

.time 5 30 #  

with # being the time multiplier (0 for no time passes). By default, dawn is at 6:00.
21 is only half the truth.

I believe there is also an arena setting related. "MorningTime" maybe? I've seen something like that going through it.

You have to set both morning and evening (the time that is skiped)

Then you can set the time to anything in between.
