Yeah, it sounds kinky, but it's actually not what you think.
Back in, I believe, WarBirds, there was a dot command that you could enter ".hurtme #" in an offline game to destroy the part that the number corresponded to.
I'm not sure if there's a number association in the damage model any more, but this command would be useful not only to be a retard offline and have fun in gimpy planes, but to also train one-winged landings and perhaps give the opportunity to take a snapshot of graphical bugs that come out with damage (IE the wing busts off and there's a gunport visible). It's not in the front of my mind to screenshot that as I'm spiraling to my doom.
