Can't connect to host

As the subject states.........
Any others having problems?  I start game, hit online arenas, then Cannot connect to host message comes up.
Same for account admin...wanted to make sure bill was paid  
Had a slight problem getting the HTC home page to up also, slow.
All other sites came up at normal speed etc.....

Any sugg's to check for........ran spybot, ad-aware, etc already.
I can ping the late war arena's....avg 57ms and 0% packet loss
I can access offline game too......
still wondering if file messed up...hmmm
