Hey guys i have a complete CH setup that i'm getting rid of , it consists of a ch fighterstick , pro throttle ,and pro pedals . They have less than 25 hours on them and the pedals and throttle still have a year left on the warranty .(If its transferable or not, i'll have to look ).

The only reason the fighterstick doesnt have any warranty left is because i replaced a pot in it that wasnt perfect ( had just a little bit of wiggle ) , so instead of sending it back i ordered one from ch and installed it myself .

For any AH guy i'll let them go for 185 + shipping. To buy them at Newegg they are 307 +shp . I figured id offer them to an AH'er before i put them on ebay .

The reason i'm selling them is because i just couldn't get used to the pedals after using a twisty for 10 years or so , if CH made a twisty id buy it in a second . You can PM me or email me at rukkee@adelphia.net , 38

Maybe stupid question but I assume USB right?

I've been debating whether to spend some $$$ on a new setup but couldn't afford it all.
This may have swung it from 'impossible at this time' to 'have to think real hard now' catagories.

And only about 40 miles away.

Ruk, man, don't do it!!!

I flew twisty stick for ... FOREVER! I've been flying twist-rudder ever since I got my first joystick oh-so-many years ago. At about the end of last year I got a set of pedals. You can't give up after only 25 hours of practice.

It WILL take you 2-3 months to relearn how to use the pedals, and you might have to scale them to properly hit anything with them, but you will have a lot more control over manuvers, turns, hammerheads, loops, every possible thing that involves a rudder you will be much more capable of doing it.

Trust me on this. I'm still not as great with them as I'd like, but I'm leaps and BOUNDS beyond what I could do with any twisty stick ever made.

Note: I was DAMN GOOD with a twisty stick. I could get a snapshot from any angle, anywhere. Rudders are so much better. You just have to be stubborn and never give up.

I also agree with Krusty that rudder pedals take the most amount of time to get natural with out of all the controllers I've used.
Then again, I have not used all that many.

Thanks for the reply's guy's , I've had multiple back surgerys and my legs tend to shake and go numb alot . While i do agree that there are many advantages to the pedals, and that (IMHO) you can pull off things that are next to impossible with a twisty , my lower back and legs just cant get the inputs as percise as they should be.

That said , they are sold . Thx for the interest and advise . Ruk

Sorry to hear about that. You might be able to rig up a table-top mini-ruder, that you can operate with your throttle arm, but I don't think they sell these. You would have to build it.

No way I would use my pedals if I had that done to me too . It's sure not as comphy with your feet up on the pedals even for us folks that are in better health .
