If the B-25 is the new plane that we get, will it be able to take off from CV like the Doolittle Raid?
Just wanna know, any guidance will be appreciated.

Wow, is that the only way the younger generation see the B-25 as, a CV launch bomber. People, People read your history. B-25 is not a CV plane. The B-25 was used once on CVs to attack the Japanese main island. They stripped the bombers down so much that they had to use broom sticks as machine guns in most gun posistions. I don't think I would like to fly a B-25 that can take off a CV and all I hear from my tail gun when I pull the trigger is Sweep, Sweep, Sweep, dust in a pan.

Liar.  The B-25 operated exclusively from CV's.

They will model a 75mm packing B-25H and will be able to spawn on a carrier deck like the B-25B from the Doolittle Raid...... whether or not a pilot can get it off that deck into the air.......

And the pilot, co pilot, and all gunners will be modeled after Ben Affleck.

And some will carry a nook.

That is what my history book says too. My history book was published by Touchstone Pictures and written by Jerry Bruckheimer. So you know it is 100% accurate.

B-25s for the Doolittle Raid weren't really all that stripped down.  They were stuffed with fuel.  Of course, all the armour was taken out as well as the lower, remote controlled turret was removed because it didn't really work anyway.

The "broomstick" tailguns were to intimidate the Japanese as the B-25B did not -have- tailguns.

The 65th anuall Doolittle Raider's Reunion this year is in San Antoino on April 18th-21st.

There are still 14 of the Raiders Living.

B25 didn't have much trouble getting off the deck of the cv loaded with fuel and bombs.  One B-25 crew even forgot to lower their flaps and they still made it.

It would be highly amusing to give the moobs the b-25, but then neglect to tell them that the tailguns are just broom handles.

Those B-25's were also taking off from a CV that was full speed into the wind.  The pilots worked out the technique to pull it off for weeks at an airfield prior to shipping out on the mission.

I know a few buff drivers in game that can manage to land and lift from CV's, the average player will put it into the drink.

But, HTC has stated the B-25 WON'T be a carrier plane.  Which means when we do get the POS after the popular vote, there will be whines on the board of "why can't I spawn from the CV....
 ....like Ben Affleck?"

Just curious. It would be a hell of a bomb load to be able to take from a CV. Might change the game a little. But what do I know.

A fully loaded F6F or F4U will carry more ords than a CV launched B-25. Not that it matters, cause HTC already said it will not be available off the CV's. I wouldn't want it as a CV plane anyways, it wasn't used that way in the war except for that one time, and those were all B model 25's. We need the C, H, and J models with the H the only hard nose version and no formations, but be able to select the different gun packs like the 4 .50's and 75mm or the 8 .50's and have the side blisters as standard. The C and J's need the glass nose with formations.
