If the US were using Incendiary rounds for their 50 cals why aren't the 50 cal rounds in this game modeled to be incendiary?:confused:
Yes I know I suck, other wise youuuuu would be dead so stop bragging.

That actually would be nice, if the AP-I rounds and others could be modeled.  The .50 could then have a larger chance of causing a catastrophic fire upon impact with an ememy airframe.

Heck, if the HE dmg is modeled from those big cannon, why not some love for ma duece?

Hmm...this of course would lead to the need to figure out a way to implement some sort of fire suppression system like some aircraft had.

HiTech has said in the past that the ammunition is a "hybrid" of all the ammunition types used historically in a typical loadout.  So, although the various ammunition types are not modeled to the individual bullet, each bullet is a blended average and have some of the characteristics of all types of ammo.

Hope that made sense . . . not sure it did.
