No-one has yet explained the mysterious disappearence of 50% of 2 TAF fighter force?
Remembering - 2 TAF was specifically formed for the D-day invasion.

Guess 1/2 (Spits) went home in Sept for a well deserved rest, tea and crumpets.

Kev they tryed haveing a Rhine map with brit planes enabled. Every allied was flying spit14s and temps. There are no perks in the AvA so anyone can up them. They tryed limiting the bases they fly outa but that only ment they fly two sectors and came in at 25k in them. Its no fun trying to find a fight at 5k with cons B&Zing you with uber planes.

Kev, the fact that Storch, Slash, TK and I all agree that you are not being helpful should tell you something. I cant, in the 4 years I've been here, remember anything that we all were on the same side before.

Your view of the AvA staffs handling of certain sets is well known. Feel free to continue to offer that view if you wish, and expect to have it ignored.

Well its called D-Day + 90, so like I said way, way, back I'm guessing it's around early Sept 1944. (June + 90 days if my math serves me)

I guess they are saying that by Sept, 2nd TAF had all gone home (or at least the Spits and Temps had).

It falls down one one point though - the XIV IS ENABLED.

Gritts - Doesn't surprise me that you all 'close ranks' so to speak, in fact I'd expect it.

What would you know about it? You don't fly the AvA ,you just lurk on the BBS waiting to cry about Spitfires. Why is that anyway?
