D-Day Plus 90
« on: April 18, 2007, 03:30:31 PM »
This is the planned setup for this coming Friday the 20th. My HD crashed a few days ago, but thankfully I had already posted the setup in the AVA staff forum. Soda or one of the staff will set this up for me until I get back. Right now I am viewing boards and e-mails only until I fix my HD or purchase and load up a new one.

I am not sure about the spawn points for the GV's as I tossed them in as an after thought from Fork.

That looks good!  One question, "Killshooter - on", does that apply to tail gunners hitting another bomber?  It'd be pretty easy to kill accidently kill yourself in a close formation.

I am not 100% sure, but I don't think you can shoot bombers in your own formation, just others if kill shooter is on.

I don't know if it was made this way but fields in england and most bases back off the front line have no planes. I wanted the B17s and DPonys to take off from england so they can get up to alt.

I think daddog's original idea was to use just the bases marked on the map. But maybe someone could enable the planes at your field of choice on Thursday for the mission. Or make the bombers and escorts fly a round or two above the sea to get alt.

Would like a CM to enable the b17 and p51 on a large AF some where in southern england. Don't think its a good idea to up a mass of bombers and heavy ponys that close to the front line. All it would take is one guy to scerw up the mission. If they could enable them at A21 grid 8,11,4 it would be great.

a suggestion.  you have ackllied bases within two sectors of the acksis HQ.  that seems to be short sightedness at best.  may I suggest those to channged to the acksis side?  these bases are on the acksis side of the seine btw.

I added the b24, b17, and  p51D at A21,  I dont think Daddog would mind...

As for the other bases being to close to HQ, I'll let daddog respond to see if he wants to change that up...
