Perhaps I wasn't clear. I meant in regards to combat. I was thinking specifically of the requirements needed to be in AH. Technically the skyraider is a WW2 aircraft, but it's not really considered one. Same with the Bearcat, IMO. Didn't see action.

You did, however, explain why they weren't in Korea. Thanks!

Johnny Boy, you ask what "his" problem is. Let me ask you this:

What's your problem? You ask for some things you don't even know what they are. I know this for a fact, because you asked for the P-51C.

We already have it. If you even knew what it was, you would know this. It's a P-51B that was built in a different plant (100% identical, though).

So, basically, what's your problem that you just spout off a list of planes that you may or may not know squat about?

Please, if you are seriously requesting something, read up on it. Don't just rattle off a list of random names, because more often than not, you'll look like a fool.

No offense intended, but that answers yer question.

ok going to keep it simple B29,no,not great numbers during WW2,would be PERKED VERY BADLEY...20mm tail guns and holds more ords then a lank. And HTC said, they would not add it,im not 100% shure thow.
P51c with the 4 20mms same thing i beleave the said no to that...
Think about if if they wanted to add the P51c and the B29,why were then not on the voting for a new aircraft
the V2 dosent even make sence,it was a rocket you could not fly it,it fley by a primitive guidance system.

P-51C is IDENTICAL to a P-51B. B just designated which aircraft plant it was made in. C just designated a different plant!

Isn't 190A-4 and 190A-6 kinda redundant?

Who would ever want to fly 190A-8 if we get the 190A-6 (unless the 190A-8 is modeled with 1.65 ata WEP boost that was used in 2nd half of 1944)

Would also love to see the pure fighter version of the 190A-8.

The pure fighter version had lesss armor becuase they wernt atacking bombers. If I remember they did only have two cannons and becuase of the less armor it was less slugish and turned better.

I find it interesting that there is so much concern for WWII historical accuracy with respect to new plane selection but that everyone accepts the non-historic matches we see in every AH sortie.  How many FW-109 vs Ki-84 or LA-7 vs Yak fights occurred in WWII?  I'm not stating a position on what planes should be included, just observing that historical accuracy has already been compromised to a greater degree than allowing a plane that was developed late in the war but did not see service.  Personally, I'm so far from learning the planes avaialable now that I have no desire for more.  I'm especcially not interested in more perked rides since I never have the points to fly them anyway.  I may never fly a 262.:D
Balrog in game. Some day my performance may justify the name. LOL

The MAs are not the only thing in AH. Otherwise there'd be no need for variation, for choice. The reason we have 4 p47s, the reason we have 7 spitfires, the reason we have 6 109s, 4 190s, and all those other varied aircraft choices, is because they can be used in different time frames or different theaters in different SEA or Scenario settings.

Specifically, some spits were chosen in the spit remodeling that would benefit scenarios and events, more than they would the MAs.
