No way! Small maps are bad. They cause hordes. Those are bad too.

I see no reason to close them but I would relish the opportunity to use one of our older larger maps.  I suppose since the terrain update that's not possible.:(

I think they should combine them into one, with a map that has a large stage in the center, and LYNX could sing for us. ::rofl :aok

I'll call him again in a couple of weeks to see if there is progress made.

Many of the recent changes are due to those 2 arenas.

the reply was aimed at skuzzy.... dont want maps to make it easy for milkrunners as its bad for game, yet we have 2 servers that are milkrunner arenas.

any "new" person coming into AH currently has 2 choices... get owned by vets, or capture bases/toolshed in other 2 arenas with no chance of dying.

when people learn to play the game this way its BAD, as skuzzy said, yet he is supplying 2 arenas just for that.

You get out of this game what you put into this game.

If this is what you believe, and are looking for then this is all your going to get.

When I started, I wanted to learn how to do a bit of everything. That is what I did. I'm not great at "any thing" by any means, but I think I'm pretty good at all of it. Sure, I've done milkrunning.... it gave me time to learn how to aim and hit what I wanted. Sure, I've been in the "deep end" with the sharks and have had my arse handed to me many a time....... it taught me SA, and how to handle a plane.

Don't assume that the game is building "milkrunners" and fodder for the "aces", we where all in that "training" setup ourselves, lets just hope that some of these new people learn to DO something, and take it to the next level. Don't blame the game, blame the "kids" that have this  "I want it now" attitude.

This is what I don't get (besides playing the game, :)), if milkrunning is bad then why does 1/2 of the players have the itch to milkrun from time to time.

I have been in a furball mood for a while, but I also like to do a little milkrunning from time to time.

So if milkrunning is bad, then eliminate rank as Shawk said before.  But then again we have the EW and MW?????

I don't get it.

I know this, there is a lot of dis-harmony from the multi-arena stuff.  Put the large maps back in!

Aren't your genration the one that has brought up and infulenced the development of these children via parenting, grandparenting, example setting and politically influencing them into what they are today?
