With the leadership skills he is demonstrating here, he should have Noooooooo trouble filling his ranks.

How are you going to dismantle a LW that has been flying a full physics flight model compared to AW's "Aces of the Pacific" flight model?

Ah, well, troll or not, these threads are fun to read!

Don't you guys get it???  Gen. Baaaaaa-lo.

All of you I take it are ex wb pilots.  That very much figures and I can say that I am glad I was never part of that stupid community and very unrealistic game.  Many of you critisize AW and all it has done however it is much more difficult to fly in FR than WB FR. This I assure you.

You will also note that I am a VERY able leader with 5 years experience and I am also 27 years old thank you very much.

I have commanded the 8th in AW for about 4 years and have once lead 30 bombers to Berlin with hardly any loss.  I stuck 15 at 150 feet and 15 at 29k.  With this we were able to get through radar so that they thought only 15 bombers were coming.  But the Krouts had a little surprise    I personally escorted 2 of the bomers myself and they returned completely unscathed.

As you will see from this I am capable of leading anything that I want, but more importantly anything that comes my way.  I am uncertain now if I am going to command both the 8th Airforce and the 3rd Army, or just the 8th.  I am also recruiting for the 3rd if any of you want in.  But when the war breaks out, it is very wise to befriend me gentlmen.  Only because I will most likely be running two very large units.  Fight me and call me names now, but you people will soon see how great of a pilot I am, and how very wrong you are.  I AM one of the best sim pilots around.  I have flown since I was about 12 years old which makes me use to everything from turning while using flaps, or pulling high banking turns INSIDE the enemy and then blowing him away.
So by all means, just keep making fun of me, it will only be hurting you in the end.

Thank you

This is the one thing that worries me about WW2OL..armchair generals with a schoolboy mentality lording it up in the arena trying to tell me what to do!

Well I Flew in AH long before I tried Wb. Wb is DIFFICULT...but AH is way more difficult (thats why I love it). Have you played in Nintendo?...well thats the feeling of AW (wich, BTW I've also tried). Turning flat with a P51 keeping E! LOL!!!

Well we JG2 with 332th Flying Mongrels have flown a lot of missions of bombing far fields or HQ...with more than notable success.

I've also personally have Escorted 4 bombers all along the Map in 1.0 version of AH ,Flying a P51. All of the bombers returned home unscathed. And I'm not the best fighter in the world, I suck. But I was lucky. hope you get the "point"

Escuse me,but you are demonstrating here that you arent able to lead even a 5 year old boy to the bathroom, less a squad.

"When the war starts" I'll be proud of shoot you down, because if I ever am on WWIIOL, I'll be in Axis side ,in Luftwaffe's JG-2.

And, BTW, oh great god of war, We dont need to wait until WWIIOL comes...open an account on Aces High and we'll duel. The globe is there for you to catch it. If you don't, then you are the biggest liar, coward and megalomaniacal guy in any flying community.

I also give you a tip...dont be the leader of 8th AF...be Hitler. With your personality, it is much more close to your ways.

Wake up,man. If you are trolling, good one. But I'm taking seriously all what you said...and sooner or later life will demonstrate you that you arent the best in ANYTHING...and usually life demonstrates things the HARD way.

Take it easy.

To RAM,

COuld you please stop asking me if this is a stupid troll as though I have nothing else better to do with my life.  Its getting very old.  I posted here to recruit for the 8th airforce and that is what I am doing period.  If you people have a problem with it so be it.  But your threats and jealous idiotic accusations of me not being a capable leader, or that I should be Hitler, is ridiculous and cowardly.
I have NO intantion of disbanning my 8th just because you say so.  Its been part of me and I part of it for 4 years.  I know for a FACT that I have LEAD the 8th longer than some have you have even been around.  It is therefore disrespectful to make the comments you are making.  I am not here to brag, I am here to recruit.  I have also been thinking about joining aces high for a while and recruiting that way.  I am still thinking about it.  But again, I also said that I may be leading the 3rd army and was not sure if I should keep both.  So please stop putting words in my mouth.

Thanks

Hehe... this guy knows how to keep straight face... no one is this pathetic... is this Schmoe leading us on? No, wait a minute... Schmoe asked to join this guy's squad. Balo pretended to be so thick that he didn't realize Schmoe was pulling his leg. What a master stroke!

Next thing you know will look out your window and see Balo walking down the street with a sandwich sign on that says "I'm General Balo, the supreme leader of the Mighty 8th. Join me or suffer the consequences!"

Television adds, radio, TV talk show spots... not since Andy Kaufman have we seen such a twisted sense of humor. I bow down to your wit, Balo.

Balo, I have flown AW when it was DOS, AW2 and AW3.  FM sucks compared to WB's and AH.  10 years of Online flight simming here, 12 years of flight sims in general.

Let me tell you about the flight sim community.  We have ALOT of veterans that fought in foreign wars here.  Some are actual WW2 vets.  ALot from Korea, and most from Viet Nam.  When you come in here with the arrogance you are portraying, you only end up reinforcing the opinions of  these valant soliders that America's youth is indeed in trouble.

Did you know that  the average age of WB's/AH players is 38 yr.s old?  Did you know that 45 % of those who played actually put their life on the line in real life warfare?  Time to start becoming part of the community, my friend,  rather than alienating it.

One more thing, your recruiting tactics suck.  If you want to know how to do it, contact me.  JG2 is 48 members strong, and this does NOT include the 15th panzer division which has an additional 20 players.  I doubt the 8th is going to do much with JG2.

Hmmmm....27 years old....

My apologies, I really did think it was just a puberty thing.

In that case my young friend, some free advice from an old warrior twice your age......"power is not leadership".  One is granted the right and privilege to lead by those that choose to willingly follow, not just because they self appoint to any role, or in some cases, self anoint.  You obviously have courage and initiative, now some real world training of how to handle it could take you a long way in life.  Judging by the responses here and other places I've seen you post, you might want to take a second look at your style and rethink how you approach others.

"A mind is such a terrible thing to waste".

Badger
