If there is anyone who is pretty good in Spanish, can you please explain to me the major differences in usage of the verbs Ser and Estar?  I understand the use of Ser for example when saying where you are from...Soy De....and Estar when responding to how you feel...Estoy Cansado, however, i'm not picking up on the other differences which seperate the word.

For example, if I were talking about myself and my cousins, would it be Mis Primos Y yo estamos or somos?

Estar is used for states, like cold or tired. Ser is literal. For example if you said "Soy frio", you are saying that you are literally cold, that you are the personification of cold.

A good example would be when calling somebody crazy.

If you say "eres loca" you are saying that the person IS a crazy.

If you say "estas loca" you are saying that the person is being crazy.
