Keep getting Lost Connection to Host. Lost UDP connection.

I am getting the loss of connection with the host message all too frequently.  It is getting to the point of canceling my online subscription.  

This is the only program or game where I am getting disconnected. I have run Ping Plotter and as of now there are 12 errors / packet loss from 6 different IP addresses in the tracer route. What is it that is needed to post this information here and how do I do it?

My antivirus is turned off.  I have no programs or process running in the background.  I am using TrackIr.

SOunds like the Internet connection is a bit of a mess.  If you could post the text version of your PingPlottter output, it would be helpful.
