Does anyone watch "Eureka Seven"?
I have watched the whole series several times over. I have it in a box set that is Japanese with english subtitles.  This show has a little bit of everything and never gets old. I have heard of 50 year old men watching it.
Check it out and post what you think :aok .

I watched some of it, its ok but not great.  Seems to be geared for kids 12-16 more then the older crowd.

Now I was hooked on Neon Genesis Evangelion before it was pulled off of CN, seen all the episodes and both movies. Actually has more of a storyline it seems. Their last movie deals with the complete annhilation of the human race

And yes, I do watch anime and a lot of it. (26 years old)

The anime on CN (Cartoon network) is not appealing at all. The only ones I watch on there as of right now are Bobobo-Bo-Bo-Bobo and Shin Chan. The rest either come on too late or was completely pulled from the lineup.

I get all mine from Veoh or Torrents. I have a large number of titles if you are looking for something new to watch. They range from wierd, funny, wrong, and just plain retarded but funny. The one I am on now is funny in a very wrong way.

PM 1K3, he knows a lot about Anime and Japanese also :)

E-7 is in the same calibre as Starblazers (1970s), or Robotech: Macross Saga of the 1980s when it comes to (great) storyline and violence (yikes!).  It's too bad that shows like these can't be seen on over-the-air tv today.

E-7 was the thing in Japan when it debuted.  People in Japan went nuts over this series.
But really meatwad it picks up after episode 25.

All the episodes of the first season (english dubbed) have already aired on CN. I know this because I saw episode 50 when it aired on CN the first time, and boy did they butcher it something bad.  CN then ended up re-airing it ( the non-butchered version) due to very pissed off fans.  Bones is most likely working on the second season which means they will start at episode 51.  But that is a rumour though, so anything could happen.

I would not be surprised if a show called Death Note makes its way to Adult Swim lineup in late 2007 or 2008.  Death Note is geared for the mature crowd.  That show had a really twisted plot and my older sister (28) got hooked after she watched the first 2 episodes with me.

Believe me, it's really twisted and clever. I haven't seen anything like it.  This show may give bad people nightmares:t

I won't give many details, check these out.

Death Note ep 1
Death Note ep 2

[ EDIT ] Unlike Youtube, videos can be downloaded at Veoh.com

Only anime that ever appealed to me was Cowboy Bebop.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
