I didn't say that.  Your comprehension skills need work. I never said to end it. If you can't take the heat in here, then unsubscribe the thread, nobody is making you read this, bro.

Skyrock only exists in AH.  Can your mind grasp that concept?

Folks like yourself are the one's I worry about most in AH2.   You take and twist any word spoken into something that it never was intended.

Enough of us have POSTED IN THIS VERY THREAD THAT IT IS AN ACT!    Are you illiterate?

I say this because you stated earlier "Skuzzy please lock the thread".    Now, yer "trying to pile on SkyRock".    Which is it?   Are you "through with this thread" or are you "reneging" on what you were preaching just hours ago?

Now, I don't know SkyRock OR Mark,

First, U do know that this game is set in a past era, it is WWII role playing.  We pretend to be WWII fighter pilots.  We all look the same ingame, but we differentiate ourselves with ficticous names.   Most who are players of this game, do not use their real names.  If you do not believe this is role playing, then maybe you need to understand what role playing is.  I have studied role playing and acting for over 15 years, from strasberg's form of method acting to Stanislavski's early works.  This game involves much role playing.

Secondly, you do not know me, and that is where you need to start, before you continue to jump on the bandwagon.  Much of these tirades against me are unfounded.  They have seen me on 200 and I am loud.  I generally keep my little rants, to dweeb twit coward generalizations of one's gameplay.  Yet I have over 50 screenshots to post of stuff that is completely horrible comments by other players and this happens constantly.  Much worse than I have ever typed ingame!

Let me give you 2 examples:

1.
One of the LTAR fellows, really nice guy probably and we do laugh at each other just as much as we bash each other on 200.  I would disagree with some of his comments and would find them to be of not my taste.  But in no way to I think what he does to be in detriment of the game.  I mean we are enemies and enemies in the truest sense of the word, do not get along, but are actually both just an click away from getting to know one another and respecting one another as humans that play the same video game.  This happens constantly, which brings me to my second example.

You guys are gonna luv this!  Me and Vanscrew, who is now a squaddie of mine and we get along just fine, but we used to not get along at all, and many insults were thrown back in forth.  I captured a SS of one of the last times we argued but it is just the last bit of the argument.  As you see I got muted(twice, which means 20 people dot reported....I think thats how it works) even though you can clearly see I stated, "you play like a coward tard".  Now, what you can't see(because the text had left the buffer) was how he was badgering me, unprovoked I might add(meaning I hadn't said a single word to anyone, had just logged on and was upping along side of Vans), and eventually I started calling him out on how he plays the game.  It wasn't untill he finally agreed to go to the DA(he was one of those lamer...."I don't DA" types) and that's when I detected that he was actually wanting to find out about me, and maybe even wanted to learn a thing or two.  The funny thing is, he really wanted to beat me in the DA and flew very well, but it did end up being the start of a friendship.  But, nonetheless, here is the SS:

Have a good one on that!

This game is as much as a role playing game as Battlefield 2 is.   It doesn't even meet the industry description of a MMORPG, just a MMOG.

Now when Combat Tour comes out, that would be considered a MMORPG as you actually have an avatar to represent you in a virtual world.

The problem
« Reply #313 on: July 26, 2007, 07:54:03 PM »
SkyRock is correct when he says he wasn't an bellybutton as 031598....at least I never saw it.   Back then, he was playing as himself...like 99.9% of us do.

I think the "bio" piece revealed the issue with the foul SkyRock...  he is playing a role......

I guess the issue here is that we don't want you as a role, Mark, we were very happy with you, being you.   I am not sure why you think you should come here and play a part in the game, but.......don't.

All that said, I have found a number of friends online in the game (in my squad).  Of course, for that to happen, we had to all be ourselves.....that's kinda what we are looking for with you, Mark.....  Yourself.

Forgotten, but back in the game.  :)
