What can I destroy that will yield the most points?

I want to build up my bomber points and I wanted to know if there was a point list of targets? Like how many points for destroying a VH, building, Fuel dump... etc

Now THAT is an interesting question....

I've always wondered how the bomber points are assigned. Are all town buildings the same? Or are city strat buildings worth more than field "city" buildings?

They only steal undefended fields. They probably don't know squat about the system they're abusing

Same goes for the MW, only the numbers are usually even lower.

Bombing factories will yield you the most points, because the buildings are so close together, you can do more damage with 1 bomb as opposed to needing 3, 1000LB eggs to kill 1 hanger. The same goes for attack mode also. All the peeps that get into getting a high rank will up a Stuka with the big bomb, and drop it on the most packed set of buildings in a city or factory. Then, fly back to base, (don't bail out), and rearm and do it all over again. It's boring and very time consuming but if your leg is broken:rofl (VanScrew) hehe, you can be uber in no time.
Now, with all that being said, this is the very reason rank means nothing in this game. So go milk run if that's what you want to do. As for me, I'll be in the high 38 looking for you so I can improve my kill to death ratio <>

Good point, but with the points earned, I think comes perks earned.


So knowing what yields the most points can also yield the most perks. For those of us that mostly specialize in non-bombers, we might want to store up a few perk points for the Ar234 sortie (*hey, it's all we got til the B29 or the A26!*)

Back when they put the F4U-1A in the game and changed the cockpits in all the Hogs but the C, I heard that HTC was going to go to perk ord and gun packages. If that rumor is true, then we'll probably have to use bomber perks for that. As for the B29 added to the game, that would be too good to be true. But I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Personally, I always aim for SHawks home.  It is the litle red house behind the church in the town.  First strafe the house so you can vulch him when he runs out.  Then drop 2000lbs on the cherry tree in the back yard.  Repeat as often as possible as his cherry tree seems to be growing back every 10 minutes or so.

They ARE introducing a perked weapons option, but NOT for normal weapons. Bombs on bombers will still be free.

The "perked ord" will be the 4x20mm gun package on the F4u1D, for example. The bit about charging for every bullet you fire and every bomb you take was a joke. Pyro or Skuzzy (whoever said it) has a sense of humor.

FWIW, I've noticed a consistently higher score when bombing the strat targets vs town or field bombing. Not really sure why.
