Plenty of time for sleep when I'm dead ... for now 20 winks now and again are enough. :D:D:D

Since I started playing AHII my sleep rate has fallen from 6-8 hours a night to 4-6 hours.  No real loss.  Time enough for sleep in the grave.

I love to GV and do Jabo missions vs GVs, get used to it.  Being good at one helps in the other.

About 5-6 hours a night, with usually one monster 10 hour recharge at weekends.

Trying to sleep before midnight is pointless for me - it just doesn't happen. On the other hand, working for a company where the majority of people are on the East Coast or in Scotland means I need to get up early or I miss everyone.

I'm averaging 7.5 - 8 these days

My shift with my new job is 10pm - 8am, 4 days on, 3 off.

Day sleeping can be a challenge if the neighbors are noisy.  Thankfully the white noise of the ceiling fan or air conditioner seems to null most of it out.

Is "not nearly enough" an acceptable answer.

I thought as I got older I'd need to sleep less.:huh

I thought teenagers were supposed to be invincible machines capable of partying all weekend and drinking all night after school.  Turns out we need even more sleep then other people according "scientists".

My answer is the same as Finrod's.

3-4 hours a night. After you do it for so many years, your body just gets used to it and adapts.

6.5 to 7 hours on weekdays, 7 to 8 hours on weekends.

4-5 hours.

I could sleep more but I  dont want to.
If I had my way I'd never sleep at all
I feel like Im going to miss something.

Other then that when it catches up with me I'll take a power nap of a couple hours maybe once a week.

Now now now, that's no way to talk to your elders. In Mac's case way WAY elder.

I like my sleep, used to get a lot more, but with a six month old son, I now get a lot less. That's why I'm sitting here at 7:30 in the morning typing this instead of catching up on my sleep after a fraught few days of flying.

To be fair, he's not a bad sleeper as babies go, but as I'm sure all parents know you tend to wake up if he sighs and turns over never mind cry.

I find I sleep a lot more when my life is less than interesting. There is not real point in waking up if your life is dull. It's sure not dull lately.
