"You HO'd me!" has become the standard attempt at soothing an ego that was bruised by being shot down. Regardless of what kind of shot it was, these certain people always immediately get on 200 and whine about being HO'd.

An interesting question: Which is worse?
1) The guy who actively participates in HOs, but whines when he loses them (per Lusche).
OR
2) The guy who whines about HOing when there wasn't one (per AKAK).
It seems to me, if you are barreling in guns blazing, you are as "guilty" of the HO as the other guy.
And, if you tried to avoid it, but did so too late giving the opponent a front-quarter shot that he lands, it again is your fault for making your move too late.
Either way, I agree with AKAK that the whining is all about bruised egos.
