I watched the vid for 2 minutes, 2 minutes of my life I'll never get back.  :(
Rock:  Ya see that Ensign, lighting the cigarette?
Powell: Yes Rock.
Rock: Well that's where I got it, he's my son.
Powell: Really Rock, well I'd like to meet him.
Rock:  No ya wouldn't.

I'm so thankful each september ~ I don't let my kids watch cable during the school year ~ as soon as school starts I cut it down to basic channels ~ then turn it back on just for their summer vacation.  Each summer I'm more & more repulsed with the garbage on there.  Unbelievable.

Im with her on this one. I think thats a vile, disgusting, pointless show, and not the tiniest bit an expression of... anger and revenge if you catch my drift. Its crap. I wont watch it, and I find I dont get along with those who do... I wonder why...

We got a few haters out here, but I'm not surprised.  I still love grandpa complaining about why he should be the one putting butter on his popcorn:rofl

And 1k3,  I got curious about your sig and I watched death note.  This is very good for a cartoon, but much better if it was live action:aok   The music intro is TERRIBLE.  The plot seems juvenile and it's bound to get complicated for  the for the guy who received the death note.  I think I'll continue watching this to see what happens to "Light" Yagami. My only issue is that it gets very tiring when reading the subtitles 20 mins straight, lol.

Actually, no. Its just the personalities that find this form of humor attractive tend to clash with my own personality. Ill give you this, that show DOES have some classic lines, but it manages to ruin itself immidiately afterwords.

The Boondocks is not one of my [AS] favorites, but it is greatness. They pull no punches. Remember, this is comedy for adults not kids.

I'm anxiously awaiting the new seasons of The Venture Brothers and Squidbillies. In the meantime, I'll have to settle for Moral Orel and Robot Chicken.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

It was not funny in the trailers..  I am not watching it until at least a dozen "representitives" of the black culture condemn it.

I don't object to others watching it if they're up for it.  The beauty of TV is that if you don't like it, you don't have to watch it.  If enough people watch it, the advertisers during that time make money... which keeps it rolling.  If enough people don't watch it, the advertisers pull out & the shows drop.  Let em have at it if they think they'll get an audience.

I've never missed a Boondocks episode. Won't this season either. Funny, funny show.
