It's scored differently. For example your kills do count.

Kills of vehicles or planes by a bomber have no effect on score or rank. Vehicle kills are only counted if an aircraft is flown in attack mode.

an interesting airplane for sure. Got it off a carrier with 100% full bomb load on the second try. Not going to say how but it can be done. I'm kind of surprised at that.

Actually I am a bit confused as to why it isn't available in attack mode. This model with the 75mm gun was intended for ground attack after all.
