There are none. In the Main Arenas, anything goes. Vulching, "Picking", HOing, colliding, milkrunning, altgrabbing, taking up ENY 5 planes - whatever - it's all good.
People who whine about it only whine when they're on the receiving end - you never hear anything from them when the shoe is on the other foot. Usually the ones who complain about it he most vocally (ironically) are the same ones to partake in those Guilty Pleasures themselves. It's like they think that the more they spew the "holier than thou" BS, the more they think people won't suspect they too, do it regularly (probably moreso than the guy they're accusing).
Want a "Gentleman's Fight" ? Go to the DA - that's what it's there for. Get out of our arena - cursed whinetards !!!!!!.
If all these guys complaining in the MA were honest with themselves, they'd never play in the MA - they'd always be in the DA (the MA would be the "dweeb arena for those without skill or honor").
I'd say the only real rule is to not tell people how to play - unless you're paying for another person's account, STFU.
