I tested the 75mm gun against the T-34 offline. I set damage same as the MAs.
It's rather important where you hit the T-34. Turret hits are not very productive. A single side hit in the area of the driver can kill it, as the film linked below shows.

Aside from where you hit it, getting as close as possible helps. Why? Muzzle velocity. The longer the distance, the lower the velocity of the round.

Note the speeds and trim setting, both important to avoid striking trees, ground or buildings.

I usually get within 400...fire my 75mm...yes I know it is very close...but I want to make sure I hit my target

What's even more fun is shooting down the B25 with the T34. Get to close and ...poof! Your back to the tower. Little bits of B25 don't even come raining down, it's just gone.

You're not asking the right question, the question would be can a HE round from a Panzer or a M4 kill a T34. The howitzer on the B-25 does not fire an AP round.

the B25 75mm is HV round it has more punch then a 75mm in an LVT4.

The LVT(A)-4 carried a 75mm pack howitzer and that gun was capable of knocking out a tank. Airborne forces used it as an anti-tank gun as well as for indirect and direct fire support.

Here is a story of an airborne unit using the 75mm pack howitzer to kill some German tanks.

Except, it's not a howitzer. This same gun was the basis for the M6 gun selected for the M-24 Chaffee Light Tank, the finest light tank of the war. Some may still be in service today.

In 1944, Gen. Kenney ordered AP rounds to be requisitioned for use in B-25s for anti-sub patrols and for penetrating Japanese bunkers. There is a record of these being delivered to the 5th AF, but no record of them ever being used. Odds are that they were not used beyond some documented experimentation against non-hostile targets.
