Wonder what Michael Moore would have put out had he been around during WW2?

I'm sure he would have found a way to make it look like we lost at Midway, Iwo Jima, and Okinawa.  And I'm sure he would have turned that whole D-Day thing into a debacle on our behalf as well.

Politics just makes people angry.  Don't be so egotisitcal to think that everybody shares your views and save your political vomit for more appropriate places.

Great film.....

I sure wish we could get a Ki-43 in Ace's....even primative Air Warrior had it.

Sadly anytime I ask for  any Japanese plane type...people are totally opposed to it.....boooooooo

Hi Helm!

I would also like to see more Japanese aircraft KI-44 being my favourite. KI-43 would very nice too. D4Y would great aswell!

However, expanding Russian planeset is just as important also so there's a lot to do.

From everything I have read about the Ki43 is that it was the nimblest of aircraft aircraft of WW2. I personally wouldn't mind seeing it in AH, but as stated nobody likes Jap planes but a few of us. Ki44 would be cool but it didn't do anything well that would attract people to fly it. Remember the leading Japanese Army ace, Annabuki flew the Ki43 and finished with 51 kills.:aok

"owing to its very light structure the ki-43 often disintegrated when hit by 0.5in fire."

Heck yeah ill take a slower zeke that had no cannons, can turn on a dime and can be killed by one .50.
Then again, i can only imagine what some of these pilots could do with  a plane like this.

Still, unless the pilot was skilled enough to land alot of wing tip shots, or cockpit hits, it would be very hard pressed to shoot someone down with only 500 rounds.
The IIIb did get the guns changed out for x2 20mm "most think they got the .20mm in the wings, wrong."
but only a few made it into production.

If it has wings, a engine and at least one gun, i want it. ;)

If anyone doubts that the thread eblongs here, don't -- the film shows one MA gang attack after another, always from a higher altitude!

Definitely shows the right degree of realism for a 1940s production. At about 3 minutes: Is it just me, or does the wing of Kis roll out on a P-40, and end up shooting down a Huricane? Talk about camoflage!
