not at all sir! i agree with everything youve said. It is a shame that warlock has attempted to ruin a fun thread....yet....I myself am guilty of the thread hijack at times also, many of us are.
but i dont think playing devils advocate makes you the hijacker, what you have said is wise and true.

S!

If  you think you're responsible for the Rooks winning most of their resets.

Sorry B@tfinkV, I'm out now.  :D

P.S.  Must admit though, this thread did turn out to be one of the funniest I've seen in awhile.

First of all i didnt highjack this thread. if i was that intent on proving u wrong i would go threw the posts and find all the threads the muppets highjack, but i got a life, fact is this was a thread on duels. i posted a thread on a duel.

Get over it already. or are u not capable of that. Fact is you are only showing me that your still being ignorant. If we were arguing over something important u might have merit. you are arguing over something so stupid its not even funny anymore.

hey Warlock please consider this for a moment.

you have made close to 20 posts in this thread and only mentioned ONE instance in the DA.
many others here have mentioned more constructive aspects about the DA experience and managed it in a single post.

nobody here cares if you are better than fester, least of all fester. so drop it and come back when you have another fight to talk about, preferably one that has a happy ending...

B@t

If I ever shoot you down I will pause, throw a , take off the headset, log off, proceed to do a victory lap around the house, and wake up the She Devil for a celebration ;)

it's a GAME people... if you die you screwed up... it's that simple.  Enjoy it or take up a different hobby.

dicho you do me too much honour sir, i am but a mortal dweeb as yourself and the rest of us!
i still remember that awesome fight we had in the AvA a few months back, i doubt very much i should be as lucky the next time we cross swords.

it is folk like you that inspire me to keep playing here, you are an inspiration to us all. your attitude has taken you far socialy and in game skill, and i can predict only further improvement in both aspects made easy by your wonderfull character and mind set.

to you i salute and give thanks, without such folk as you the game would surely lack any further interest from me.

Now you are being completely ignorant, by calling me a hypocrite.  Have you seen my opinions about Skyrock's 200 chat?

Edit:  here, since you don't know what you are talking about, let me show you what I last typed about skyrock and 200.

All too soon it happens, and too often. I always preferred quiet humility myself, at least when it came to discussing one's own abilities.

I continue to hold out hope that SR will realize that his self promotion and posturing is really not a boon to the community as a whole and that the whole persona thing is known for what it really is: an attempt to hide frustration and unhappiness over being shot down. Some few hold to the idea that it is a means to get people to fight. Sadly, they are misguided by their own good intentions.

I believe SR will mellow over time and then the community will get a chance to see that he's not a complete banana.... or maybe it will simply be that he will no longer be a complete banana. Regardless, of which it is, I like the guy. Being so flawed and imperfect myself, I find it easy to let the idiosyncrasies of others slide.

I'm ready for your apology now.

so steve should hate skyrock as well

Warlock, I don't hate you.  You're a stranger to me.  I simply find you crass and without humility.
Also, I don't hate Skyrock.  Contrarily, I genuinely like the guy. Certainly we disagree on how he handles himself on 200, I've made my view clear to him in honest, definite terms, as you can tell by my previous  quoted post. He disagrees with me and we have argued about it but I've been around Skyrock enough to learn that the good things about him far outweigh what I consider to be bad.  And as I've stated, I'm a long way from perfect and plenty of people put up with me, including Skyrock.

I say these things to Skyrock in hopes that he will reflect upon them and fine tune his smack talk some.  From my view, I'm just trying to help a person I'm friends with.  From time to time I'll say something, he'll tell me to F off, and then we'll up cartoon planes and try to shoot down bad guys.

I'm Skyrock's friend, as far as internet acquaintences can be friends. I do not blindly support him,  I call him out when I think he's out of line(I'm not always right).. I'm certain he'd rather have honestly than veiled disapproval. OTOH, I'll back him up w/ enthusiasm when he is in the right, or being gang humped. *shrug*
